HVAC PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
Our HVAC preventive maintenance plan is designed to take the guesswork out of home comfort. Every year, a licensed professional will perform a comprehensive system tune-up to ensure your unit is running at peak efficiency. Should you need more than just a tune-up, your membership includes a 10% discount on all additional repairs and we will waive the diagnostic fee for one service call. Plus, when it’s time to modernize your home, you’ll receive an exclusive 10% discount on any new system installation.

ARY CO AC & HEAT WILL COME OUT AND DO AN INSPECTION OF YOUR SYSTEM BEFORE WE BEGIN A PREVENTATIVE MANAGEMENT CONTRACT WITH YOU. THIS IS IMPORTANT FOR US TO MAKE SURE YOUR SYSTEM IS WORKING PROPERLY FROM THE BEGINNING. WE WILL THEN BE ABLE TO MAINTAIN YOUR SYSTEM WITH THE PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT.
OUR 16-POINT PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE CHECKLIST
- Check condenser coil to see if it needs deep clean
- Check all wiring and connections
- Check and adjust thermostat
- Check blower wheel
- Check voltage and amperage
- Visually inspect compressor
- Check air filter
- Check condensate drain and pan
- Blow/Clear drain line
- Check evaporator coil
- Check run capacitor
- Check airflow, visually inspect blower wheel
- Visually inspect air ducts
- Test water safety switches
- Check supply and return temperatures
- Hose down outdoor condenser
- Check shape of total system and advise discrepancies
