Mark Ary

Mark began his journey in HVAC when he was 3 years old, under his father, Aboud Ary. He is a second generation business owner of AryCo. He knows first hand the value and importance of good leadership. He is passionate about his community and has dedicated the last 10 years to serve in many different capacities.

Tim Adams

With over 30 years in the industry, Tim has dedicated his knowledge and expertise to not only servicing AryCo customers but passing on the skills and understandings, that take years to master, to our technicians.

Caleb Caviness

The man, the myth, the mayor. It is no wonder Caleb was chosen to be a leader at AryCo — his knowledge, work ethic, eagerness to help others, and ability to solve problems puts him at the top of our executive team.

Jay Featherston

Jay brings a wealth of experience, having worked in the electrical trade for over 20 years. He delivers quality workmanship in a timely manner with no cutting corners — all backed by the Master Electrician workmanship guarantee.

Trish Callahan

We at AryCo wear many hats. Trish is more than an assistant — she is the strength behind the office, managing every aspect of administration. She always greets you with a smile and treats you just like family!

KD McGowan

KD joined AryCo in November 2022 as our Install Coordinator and quickly became an important part of the team. In May 2025, she stepped into the role of Office Manager before becoming Operations Manager in October 2025. Today, KD has a hand in nearly every part of AryCo, helping keep our teams organized and our day-to-day operations running efficiently. Her leadership, problem-solving, and dedication help keep AryCo moving forward every day.

Clint Goodman

Darby Jones

Darby came to AryCo with 10 years of restaurant maintenance experience in refrigeration, HVAC, and mechanics. After 2 years as a service tech, he was promoted into warehouse and facilities management. A rockstar at everything he does.

Capree Greene

With 14 years of marketing experience, Capree brings both creativity and firsthand business experience to AryCo, having built and operated two businesses of her own. She has also helped numerous businesses throughout Wise County grow their presence through Google, social media and digital marketing. What she loves most about marketing is storytelling — sharing the people, passion and stories behind a business. At AryCo, she takes pride in telling our story and showing the community who we are beyond the services we provide.
